I'm the 4th generation in a family owned business. We have been in Cleveland, Ohio for more than 100 years selling business, travel and

That actually involved more than one cart - and a very poor web host. Finally, Jerry Trump, our marketing exec, said "enough" and took the matter into his own hands, and found your company. They helped my secretary (who is even more computer illiterate than I am - but I was away on a long business trip) and she couldn't speak more highly of them if she tried. I've had the good fortune to work several times with Steve (I call in the evening) and he is knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and encouraging. He makes me feel that all will be just fine, the bugs are almost gone.
We hope & pray that it is finally working, but we are confident that if there are any problems left to be resolved, that your fine staff will be there to work it all out. I've worked in the field of customer service, and I know that people are quick to complain, and slow to compliment. I just want to say "thank you" to all of your fine staff - you must be proud!
